CRASH OPEN SALON 2011

The Charlie Dutton Gallery is proud to present our second Salon Show, the “CRASH OPEN”. Hung floor to ceiling in Paintings, Print and Photography,

Charlie Dutton (Director/Curator), Matthew Collings (Art critic) Toby Clarke (Curator/Gallerist ) Dan Hays and Mike Silva (Artists) are the selectors of this years show, and they have whittled down the submissions to 40 works to be exhibited, from hundreds of works that were sent in from mid-career and emerging artists. The standard of work that was entered was incredibly high, and it has been a great pleasure, if a challenging one, to choose those pieces to be exhibited. From the show there will be an overall winner who will be invited to have a solo show in 2012. We hope that runners-up will also exhibit in a group show at the Charlie Dutton gallery next year.
